Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flux 3 Video, an AI video generation service for creating videos from text prompts, uploaded images, and related creative inputs.

By accessing or using Flux 3 Video, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Flux 3 Video provides tools for generating, managing, and viewing AI-generated video content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any product rules shown in the interface.

You are responsible for the prompts, images, files, generation settings, and other content you submit to the service.

Flux 3 Video is an independent AI video generation platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Black Forest Labs or any other third-party AI model provider mentioned on the website. FLUX and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe relevant models, integrations, or technologies.

Unless the interface explicitly states otherwise, videos created through the current Preview Engine are generated by a third-party model and are not FLUX 3 outputs.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Flux 3 Video may offer paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or usage-based features. Prices, limits, renewal terms, and included usage are shown at checkout or in the product.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout:

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Credits and subscriptions are tied to your account.
Usage may be deducted when a generation task is submitted or processed.
Fees are non-refundable once a paid generation, credit purchase, or billing period has been provided.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel a subscription through your account billing settings or by contacting support.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period, unless required by law or expressly stated by us.

User Content and Generated Outputs

You retain any rights you already have in content you submit, including prompts and uploaded images. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content to Flux 3 Video.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes where permitted by applicable law and third-party rights. AI-generated outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users, may contain errors, and may require human review before publication.

You grant Flux 3 Video and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and store your submitted content and generated outputs as needed to provide and improve the service, operate security systems, and comply with legal obligations.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Flux 3 Video to:

Violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
Generate or distribute deceptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or illegal content.
Upload content you do not have the right to use.
Attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment systems, access controls, or security controls.
Interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
Misrepresent generated content in a way that causes harm or violates applicable law.

Acceptable Use for AI Generation

You may not use Flux 3 Video to create, request, upload, or distribute content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or otherwise NSFW. You may not use the service to create or assist with sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, intimate image abuse, harassment, threats, hate, self-harm instructions, extremist content, fraud, illegal activity, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, and face-manipulation use cases are not allowed when they could deceive, harass, exploit, defame, or violate the privacy, publicity, consent, or safety rights of any person. You may not use generated content to mislead viewers about whether a real person said, did, or endorsed something.

We may use automated and manual safety systems, including prompt moderation, to enforce these rules. We may block prompts, reject generation requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe these Terms or our safety policies have been violated.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Flux 3 Video at any time. AI generation depends on infrastructure, model availability, input quality, provider availability, and technical constraints, so results and processing times are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

Flux 3 Video, including its website, software, interface, branding, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Flux 3 Video or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its technology to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, models, and brands remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party AI models or providers do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or official partnership.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer

Flux 3 Video is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flux 3 Video and its affiliates, providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
