Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flux3 Video, operating from Hong Kong SAR, an AI video generation service for creating videos from text prompts, uploaded images, and related creative inputs.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or otherwise using Flux3 Video, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and have authority to enter into this agreement for yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Flux3 Video provides tools for generating, managing, and viewing AI-generated video content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any product rules shown in the interface.

You are responsible for the prompts, images, files, generation settings, and other content you submit to the service.

Flux3 Video is an independent AI video generation platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Black Forest Labs or any other third-party AI model provider mentioned on the website. FLUX and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe relevant models, integrations, or technologies.

Unless the interface explicitly states otherwise, videos created through the current Preview Engine are generated by a third-party model and are not FLUX 3 outputs.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, maintain access to your billing email, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share credentials, resell account access without written permission, or create accounts to evade enforcement, payment restrictions, or service limits.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Flux3 Video may offer monthly or annual subscriptions, credits, or usage-based features. Current prices, included usage, billing intervals, and limits are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

Payment Processing and Authorization

• Depending on the payment method selected, payments are processed by Waffo Pancake or PayPal.
• By purchasing a subscription and providing a payment method, you expressly authorize recurring charges for the amount and billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel the subscription.
• Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual subscriptions are billed for the full annual amount shown at checkout.
• Taxes, currency conversion, and other applicable charges will be disclosed or calculated at checkout where required.
• Credits and subscriptions are tied to your account and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Credits and Usage

• Usage may be deducted when a generation request is accepted for processing.
• Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable monthly period unless the product expressly states otherwise.
• Annual subscriptions are billed annually. Included credits are issued in monthly installments, may roll over during that paid annual subscription period, and expire at the end of the annual period.
• Separately purchased credit packs, when offered, retain the expiration period shown at purchase and are not extended by canceling a subscription.
• One user account may have only one effective subscription at a time. A canceled subscription remains effective until the end of its already-paid period, after which a new plan may be purchased.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.
• You may cancel online through Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription or by contacting support@flux3-video.com from your registered email address.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove access for the remainder of the current paid period.
• Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current period.

Refund Policy

Unless applicable law requires otherwise:

• A first subscription purchase may be refunded when requested within seven days of the initial charge, provided no paid credits or paid generation capacity have been used.
• A separately purchased credit pack may be refunded when requested within seven days of purchase, provided none of those credits have been used.
• Credits already consumed, generation requests already accepted for processing, and subscription periods already used are non-refundable.
• Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be refunded in full.
• Refunds for a verified failure to provide the purchased service may be issued as a proportional refund, service extension, or replacement credits, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@flux3-video.com with the account email, transaction or order identifier, and reason for the request. Never send a password, complete card number, or payment credential.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Waffo Pancake, PayPal, the card network, and the user's financial institution.

Reversals and Payment Disputes

Refunds, charge reversals, or payment disputes may cause related credits to be frozen and credit spending to be temporarily restricted while the payment is reviewed. If a reversal or dispute is resolved against the account holder, remaining related credits may be revoked. Accounts with unpaid balances or fraudulent payment activity may be suspended or terminated.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@flux3-video.com before initiating a payment dispute so that we can investigate.

User Content and Generated Outputs

You retain any rights you already have in content you submit, including prompts and uploaded images. You represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to submit and process that content.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes where permitted by applicable law and third-party rights. AI-generated outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users, may contain errors, and may not qualify for intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

You grant Flux3 Video and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, moderate, and store submitted content and generated outputs as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, troubleshoot requests, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your private prompts, uploaded images, or generated outputs to train our own AI models without your explicit consent. Third-party AI providers may process content under the terms and privacy practices applicable to their services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Flux3 Video to:

• Violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual obligations.
• Generate, upload, request, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit or otherwise NSFW material.
• Generate or distribute graphic violence, gore, content promoting serious physical harm, or instructions facilitating violent wrongdoing.
• Generate hateful, dehumanizing, discriminatory, extremist, or terrorist content.
• Create or assist with child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving minors.
• Create non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, intimate imagery, or deceptive content involving a real person.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Generate fraud, phishing, scams, malicious code, spam, or deceptive commercial content.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass safety systems, content filters, rate limits, payment systems, access controls, or security controls.
• Interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic evidence or as professional legal, medical, or financial advice in a way that could cause harm.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated and manual safety systems, including prompt screening, provider safety controls, usage-pattern analysis, output review, and user reports. We may block or hold requests, decline generation, remove or restrict content, freeze or revoke violation-related credits where permitted by law, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access.

Serious suspected violations may be reported to payment partners, rights holders, or competent authorities where required or appropriate. Users may submit safety reports or moderation appeals as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Flux3 Video. AI generation depends on infrastructure, model and provider availability, input quality, safety reviews, and technical constraints, so specific results and processing times are not guaranteed.

If we permanently discontinue a paid service for reasons unrelated to a user's breach of these Terms, we will provide a proportional refund, replacement service, or other remedy for the prepaid portion that we do not provide, as required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Flux3 Video, including its website, software, interface, branding, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Flux3 Video or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its technology to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, models, and brands remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party AI models or providers do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or official partnership.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, created risk for the service or others, failed to pay applicable fees, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if suspension is required by law or a payment partner.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@flux3-video.com. Cancellation, termination, and deletion remain subject to payment obligations, lawful record-retention requirements, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

Disclaimer

Flux3 Video is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for independently reviewing outputs and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flux3 Video and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Flux3 Video for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Flux3 Video during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share information. By using Flux3 Video, you acknowledge the practices described in that policy.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before beginning formal proceedings, you agree to contact support@flux3-video.com and make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Mandatory consumer rights and any court jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
