Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the content standards, moderation practices, reporting process, and enforcement measures that apply to Flux3 Video. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to prompts, uploaded images, generated videos and audio, account activity, shared content, safety reports, and attempts to use or access the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flux3 Video.

Prohibited Content

Flux3 Video prohibits generating, uploading, requesting, storing, sharing, or distributing the following six categories of content:

  1. Pornographic or NSFW content

    • Pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content primarily intended for sexual arousal.
  2. Graphic violence or gore

    • Graphic injury, mutilation, torture, gore, celebration of serious physical harm, or instructions intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing.
  3. Hate speech and extremist content

    • Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against people based on protected characteristics, or that praises or assists terrorist or violent extremist activity.
  4. Child sexual abuse and child exploitation content

    • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, or any attempt to create, transform, or simulate such content. This category is subject to zero tolerance.
  5. Non-consensual deepfakes and impersonation

    • Content that deceptively depicts or impersonates a real person without appropriate consent, including intimate deepfakes, fraud, defamation, harassment, fabricated endorsements, or misleading political or public-interest media.
  6. Copyright or trademark infringement

    • Content that infringes or facilitates infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights.

Other Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Flux3 Video to:

  • Create fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive advertising, spam, malicious code, or instructions for cyber abuse.
  • Promote suicide, self-harm, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, human trafficking, or other serious illegal activity.
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or expose private information about another person.
  • Present AI-generated content as authentic evidence or as professional legal, medical, or financial advice when doing so could cause harm.
  • Upload images, prompts, or other materials that you do not have the right or consent to use.
  • Evade, disable, probe, or bypass content filters, moderation, access restrictions, rate limits, payment controls, or other safeguards.
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, benchmark, or systematically collect service outputs without written permission.
  • Create new accounts to evade a warning, suspension, termination, credit restriction, or payment review.
  • Violate applicable law, payment-network rules, or the rights of another person or organization.

Content Moderation

We use a layered safety approach that includes automated systems, safety controls applied by service providers, and manual review.

Input Screening

Prompts are screened before generation by automated content-safety systems. A request may be allowed, blocked, or held for review. Requests that are blocked or pending review are not sent for generation through the applicable moderated flow.

Uploaded files and account activity may also be reviewed for policy violations, abuse patterns, fraud, and attempts to bypass safeguards.

Output Safeguards

Generated outputs are subject to safety controls operated by the underlying generation provider and may also be held, blocked, restricted, or removed based on automated signals, manual review, or a user or rights-holder report. Content that has not been publicly listed may still be reviewed when necessary to investigate abuse, enforce this Policy, or comply with law.

Manual Review

Content or accounts may be escalated for manual review when automated systems identify risk, a user submits a report, a payment or security event indicates abuse, or additional context is necessary. Access to reported content is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for review, security, support, or legal compliance.

Reporting Violations

To report content, an account, impersonation, an intellectual-property concern, or another safety issue, email support@flux3-video.com with the subject Content Safety Report.

Include, where available:

  • The Flux3 Video task, content, or account identifier.
  • A link, screenshot, or description that allows us to locate the content.
  • The reason for the report and the policy category involved.
  • Whether anyone may be in immediate danger.
  • Your contact information and, for rights-based reports, information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. We handle report information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Knowingly false, abusive, or repetitive reports may themselves violate this Policy.

Review Priorities and Response Targets

Reports involving child safety, credible threats, terrorism, or immediate danger receive the highest priority. We aim to acknowledge other complete reports within two business days and resolve most reports within ten business days. Complex matters may take longer when additional evidence, legal review, provider cooperation, or law-enforcement coordination is necessary.

Response targets are operational goals and do not guarantee a specific outcome or processing time.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, intent, history, and applicable law, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Block or reject a prompt, upload, generation request, or output.
  • Warn the user and require removal or correction.
  • Remove or restrict access to content.
  • Limit features, generation capacity, or account access.
  • Freeze or revoke credits associated with abuse or a policy violation where permitted by law.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account.
  • Preserve relevant records and cooperate with payment providers, rights holders, or competent authorities.
  • Report suspected illegal activity where required or reasonably appropriate.

Severe child-safety violations, credible violent threats, serious fraud, or repeated attempts to bypass safeguards may result in immediate permanent termination without a prior warning.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, email support@flux3-video.com within 14 days of the notice with the subject Content Moderation Appeal. Include the account email, relevant task or decision identifier, and a concise explanation.

We aim to complete appeal review within ten business days. Where practicable, the appeal will be reviewed using information not limited to the original automated signal. Submission of an appeal does not automatically restore content, credits, or account access while review is pending.

Policy Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, payment-network requirements, provider rules, product capabilities, and identified safety risks. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
